One minute short

Short film made in 4th year at Supinfocom school of computer graphics. The assignment was to create a short film individually, based on the words from a french song. I chose "Je Suis Un Homme" by Michel Polnareff. The words translate to: "I am a man, I am a man, what's more natural on the whole"

Court métrage réalisé en quatrième année d'études d'infographie 3D à Supinfocom. Le sujet était de réaliser individuellement un film d'une minute, basé sur les paroles d'une chanson française. J'ai choisi "Je Suis Un Homme" de Michel Polnareff.

The school year is over, here are my last assignments in my first year of 3D computer graphics at Supinfocom. // L'année scolaire est terminée, voici les derniers sujets de ma première année en infographie 3D à Supinfocom.

My first 3D animation, a school project that consisted in creating a commercial for the iPhone 4. I wanted to do something colorfuland dynamic, like the people who would want to get an iPhone. // Ma première animation 3D, un projet d'école consistant à créer une publicité pour l'iPhone 4. J'ai voulu faire quelque chose de coloré et dynamique, comme le public visé par l'iPhone.

A school assignment -- five television idents. I chose Turner Classic Movies, for which I animated a 50's advertising poster for the commercial intro, and four movie posters for four different movie genres: detective film, romantic film, comedy, and thriller. // Un projet scolaire: cinq jingles de télévision. J'ai choisi Turner Classic Movies, une chaîne de grands classiques du cinéma. J'ai animé quatre différentes affiches pour quatre genres de film, plus une ouverture pub.

This was done in video class, the assignment was to include a split-screen sequence in a less than 1:30 min short film. Used Adobe After Effects for the special effects and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing. // Ce film a été réalisé dans le cadre de cours de vidéo, le sujet était d'inclure en séquence en split-screen (écran divisé) dans film de 1min 30s maximum. J'ai utilisé Adobe After Effects pour les effets spéciaux, et Adobe Premiere Pro pour le montage.

And an animation, the assignment was to conceive paper-cutout characters, remanipulate them with Adobe Illustrator, and animate them in a short scene. The background was made with watercolored paper cutouts, and I used Adobe After Effects for animation and Adobe Premiere Pro for video editing. // Puis un court d'animation; le sujet était de créer des personnages en papier découpé, les remanipuler sous Adobe Illustrator, et les mettre en scène dans une courte animation. Le décor est fait en papier peint à l'aquarelle et découpé. J'ai utilisé Adobe After Effects pour l'animation et Adobe Premiere Pro pour le montage.
